For some years some of us have been going to a Tai Chi gathering in France called Rencontres Jasnières. It takes place on the last complete weekend in July & consists of two sessions of classes by a dozen or so instructors in the morning & in the afternoon a chance to push hands with a couple of hundred players from all over for 3 hours [my primary interest in the event].
It takes place at a large campsite between Le Mans & Tours.
There's plenty of space - loads - & a lake to swim in with a 'beach' & the facilities are reasonable - plus it's generally warm !
The Proposition
The event is do-able but a bit of a haul for three days so when we can get it together I offer a four day workshop in the lead up, the last time we did Swimming Dragon Chi Kung & some preparation for the pushing hands ! But the agenda is open to adjustment.There's a ton of space & you can amuse yourselves all the day.
